This looks like a job for Claussenger. Of course, mines at home.

The H in there sure makes it sound like a high compression head though.
Which wouldn't be on a '78.

The air ports are very obvious, 7/16-20 UNF holes just above and to
the side of the spark plug holes. There's a pretty good picture of one
on Pierce Manifolds web site. Ok, those are the al heads, but they look
similar.

If you don't have smog ports your not going to have the choke outlet.

Another Classenger lookup, but 18V is the right vintage. You probably
have the original block with a pre-68 head.
