Too much by about $2800. For the kind of money that's being asked you
can find a driver MGA ready to go with nothing to do but normal
servicing.

The 1500 was the most common model with 58,750 cars produced. It also
has the less desirable, for some, drum brakes up front. Although wire
wheels are a fettish with Americans they require more upkeep and cost
much more to replace if bad. Most wire wheels if they're still original
to the car need complete rebuilding or replacement to the tune of $200
EACH.

_ missing fender mirrors ($50)

Most were installed by the dealer or owner. Very few came from the
factory so equipped.

_ missing radio & blanking plate;

ditto

_ missing ... trunk trim;
<<<snip>>>
There wasn't any unless you're discussing the cover over the spare
wheel.

<<<Snip>>>
_ missing ... tools

Not uncommon and not very useful except the hammer.

This is more of a driver than a correct example. Keep that in mind.
Correct examples can run 50% more than a driver.
