Cam Replacement

Listers,
        I'm taking the plunge and changing out my Z/S to dual HS-4's.  I
also have purchased a mild street cam to go along with it.
        Does anyone know for sure that the cam shaft can be replaced with
the engine in the car?  I suspect so, and have already started dismantleing
things, including taking out the radiator.
        Can anyone give me tips on the cam replacement portion?
