Hi,
I am writing about oil preference and use. Most references and MG manuals say
that SAE 20W/ 50W is the required type of engine oil for the MGB. I live in the
tropics and it never gets really "cold". From independent reading (thanks to
this list) and personal experience with my 5 series BMW, straight 40W oil suits
my driving needs.
I was wondering if anyone has any personal experience using 40W oil in an MGB?
