I recently brought a rubber bumper to TX. There wasa no license plate holder on the front bumper, so I bought one to install. Planned on drilling holes in the bumper, but the steel part of the bumper is like a tube - can't get a nut on the screws? Thinking of using sheet metal screws unless someone has a better idea????
