AAahhh..... BUT...you're forgetting the differences
in today's gasolines (as compared to when these cars were built)
With more of the longer carbon chains then before the fuels
burn more readily with less by products then before.
My current '73 BGT (as well as my '75 Spitfire) passes Maryland
emissions testing with none or the 'dated' emissions stuff installed.
