SU solid state fuel pumps for MGA

Hi List,
Has anyone used the new SU solid state fuel pump on a positive ground MGA? I
see that both positive and negative ground versions are available. A friend
said he had problems with the positive ground version on his MGA. He changed
some of the electronic components based on instructions he got on the internet
from someone else who had a problem.
