Thanks for the advice. I think I just put a new cable on this car last
year-but maybe that was on the 67B-I'll have to check. Anyhow, I'll get
under there first chance. I have tried using the emergency
(i.e.parking:-) brake to stop the car at about 20 MPH and agree with Paul's
assessment and nomenclature.
