I am in a slight pickle. The Hale family is moving to a new house ten miles
away, but I cannot find a way to safely move the MG. The car is still a
body shell without wheels. Since it is not a one way move, I cannot add a
trailer to my moving van rental. I also do not have a vehicle that can tow
a class 2 trailer anymore, putting U-Haul's trailer rental out of the
question . Towing companies I have called said they will drag the body on
to the flat bed and "shake" it off. My response is always "no thanks."
Does anyone know of a safe (for the car) method to move the body shell? We
are moving from Marietta GA to Dallas GA. Any suggestions please?
