El Paso too. Of course the majority of the pollution here comes from across
the border where there are NO pollution controls or programs. Add that to a
lack of paving on many streets across the border, and folks burning wood
pallets and old tires in the winter to stay warm and we get a wonderful mix of
smoke, dust, and smog.
