Got the XK-E and $1000.00 for my 289 Cobra
Got the Cobra even-Steven trade for my ex-Eddie Russo XK140 fixed-head
Got the 140 by sellin' my supercharged TD
Robert Pass (of Passport Racing) bought the 300SL. I took his offer of
$1800.00. Just had got my first wife and was fixin' up a supercharged TC &
Keeping the 52 Mercedes 220 on the road- needed the cash...
Deals like that are what made Pass a million bucks (ever see his race crew
set up the Bluebird RV and line of cars...?) and are the reason I am still
Tradin toys. Somewhwer I went wrong....
