I have never even heard of a Moggie that wasn't capable of 70-75 except for a
few 4/4's!
But I can see how all this "traveling" through "rifle shots" could be
disconcerting. My suggestion would be that if you can't outrun 'em (should
not be a big problem with a +8) then just return fire. Particularly if there
are Sioux or MG's in the vacinity.
