Craig & Kerry,

Hope the beer and the firewood last longer than the storm! According to CNN,
the approaching storm could really carry a lot of moisture. Up here, we've
has snow since early November and are getting used to it. What falls after
~November 15 is good for the rest of the season. Let's see, today is
December 29; another 3 months and the worst will be over.

Chuck

GARY - Hope you're enjoying your "t-shirt" weather! "Our day will come"
(here in NE PA USA) but in the meantime we are readying ourselves for 18" of
snow tomorrow. T-shirts and Moggies are all tucked away for the Winter.
But I'm ready for bad weather: got plenty of beer, plenty of firewood, and
my ol' shed of a Land Rover is filled with gas and ready to go out and play
as soon as all the new idiot SUV owners get off the roads!

Cheers and Happy New Year to all, Craig&Kerry Seibert 1968 +8 1961

Hi listers,
Noticed while walking down the street today - a gentleman wearing a t-shirt
emblazoned "The Humboldt State".
I assume he is from one of the "48" but which one, and why?
It was always assumed that the Humboldt flows south of Panama, but maybe my
education is not complete!
In case I don't have a chance before midnight on 31st December, welcome all
to the new Millennium from the first country in the world to see the light
(Also home of the Americas Cup).
Very best regards from New Zealand, especially to all we have had the
pleasure of meeting via this net and those who have visited us during the
year.
Gary Moles & Lyn Prince.
