I saw a guy in a T-shirt today. He was froze half to death.
But as for the "Humboldt State", that's a state college in
the sunny clime of California. I do not believe CA is
"The Humboldt State" by definition. I think maybe it's
"The Macadamia State" or something. I could be wrong.

I assume he is from one of the "48" but which one, and why?
It was always assumed that the Humboldt flows south of Panama,
but maybe my
education is not complete!
