I think the issue more than a technical issue, is a political issue that is
being driven by the environmentalist movement. They are a very powerful
lobbying organization and are driven more by passion than by scientific
foundation, unfortunately the politicians know this and don't care about the
issue, they just use it and abuse to get votes.
This is just my opinion and I think there is a document that says that I am
entitled to it.
