Tim,
        I would suspect that you will have a lot of noise if you push the
oletruck to 70 mph for very long (like rods coming out the side of the
block). If you are driving a stock '54, I'd consider slowing down and
smell the roses since the brakes, suspension, steering and most
everything else was designed to move at a max of 55. But that said, you
will still have a fair amount of noise, rattles etc. since it just
wasn't a big concern to build a comfortable, quiet truck.  My opinion,
your truck.
