[oletrucks] small block swap in to 50 3100

Im thinking about swapping a small block in to stock 50 3100 with a 216, most 
likely a 350. has anyone done this? i know ill need a new crosmembers. what 
tranny would work with this and a 3.73 rear? would the stock chassis be able 
to handle 275-300 hp without mods? what would the total time and cost be and 
what are little problems that come up along the way?
