The time has come to use their own rules aganist them. Look carefully at the
recent laws, with close attention to any exceptions or exclusions. See if the
city had the foresight to exempt them selves from enforcement of their own
laws upon them selves. Their isn't a governmental entity arround that dosent
have some vehicles that aren't in use every day.( hit them in their own pocket
book). Also check to see if their are any shread-outs as to what years and
models the law covers, does it cover all vehicles or just certian old ones.
And does it exempt new and used car dealears or repair shops. These people are
members of the Chamber of Comerce and would carry a big stick if forced to
cough up huge fines or hire more employes just to move the inventory arround
every two days. Start filing small claims suits against the city to recover
the cost of moving the vehicles every two days. and last but not least force
the individual Council members into recall elections. Again hit them where
they live,in the bank account.
