I took my radiator to a shop and they told me the same thing as did the next
shop and the next and the next. They pressurize the radiator and put it in
a tank and look for leaks. The leaks produce bubbles and mine looked like a
huge marshmallow. As for the price - Well I paid $350 to get mine recored
but I had it recored with the original honey comb vanes. Maybe the new
cores costs less. The radiator shop said that the new cores cool a lot
better than original AD. If I had to do it over again I would use the new
core, maybe, a definite maybe.
I still don't have a fan. :(
