[oletrucks] 6 volt TF GMC

Has anyone seen or heard of a facotry GMC of Task Force design but still 
using 6 volts?  I just pulled in a totally rotted out GMC 300 TF that had an 
old 6V battery in the tray. A tail light bulb was 1154, the 6 volt equivalent 
of 1157.  The inspection sticker says 1969, and son of original owner says 
his dad got out of farming then, so parked a good running truck.  I'm 
baffled. Can't be a retrofit.
