I have had two latches, one from Chevy Duty and one from Bow Tie Bits, and
both work fine except for the lock part.  The lock is hard to move. Part of
the problem is the key mechanism but some of it is the rough casting of the
latch mechanism it self.

Anyone else had problems with the locks from venders and how did you solve
them?
