Hey Smokey,

Let's keep it simple.

Pull out the Thermostat and see if it runs about 140 or so...it should....(too 
cold BTW), if still hot, then issue (eliminate the radiator since it new, plus 
electric fan should be shrouded) issue could be bad radiaor hose (check the 
bottom one, make sure the spring is there and it does not collapase) but after 
that, might need a good block flush.
