Jason,
all three mounting holes should be there.  One on each side of the seat,
one on the rear wheel arch up high (maybe under the carpet, but should be
easy to find since the fitting sticks out.

I used the Moss 3-point belts, now have 1500 Midget retractables, bolt
right in.
