On top of what everyone else has stated my '59 sprite sat in a garage
for 23 years and the engine turned over easily, but upon it getting it
started it broke a ring in #1 cylinder and gouged the wall necessitating
a .060 overbore to clean up. Brakes and clutch Hydraulics all around all
new fuel lines and brake hoses. Pretty much every piece of rubber on the
car had to be replaced. Maybe with heated storage the hydraulics and
engine may have stayed dry but pretty much count on all rubber being
ready to fall apart.
According to N.A.D.A. classic and collectible guide May-August issue
retail market price is
1967 A-H Sprite MKIII LOW-2525 AVG-4150 HIGH-5750
                MKIV LOW-2800 AVG-4700 HIGH-6375

OLD CARS Price Guide October Issue

2 -6650 Fine
3 -3800 Very Good

A car is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.

Peter.
