FWIW, the company in Canada is Obsolete Automotive in Point Edward, Ontario.
http://www.obsoleteauto.com  Their exchange price for the A-arms is CDN $169
(US $110) and for the repair kit CDN $44 (US $30).

No personal interest, although I have had very good experience with them and
can recommend them as a supplier.
