Hi Rick,

Should you ever get up here to Portland OR, there is a restaurant in town
that specializes in Cajun cooking, quite authentic, with lots of good
Cajun stuff on the menu. Includes alligator from time to time! Bring
your handkerchief to mop your brow when eating! Absolutely the most fun
restaurant in Portland. Montage is the name, open from 6 p.m to 3 a.m.
Come on up for a blast, I'll go with you! Other Spridgeteers welcome
too. We can caravan there and terrorize the natives!

Paul
