Paul:

I am looking forward to hearing the suggestions of the list on this.  I have 
dollied a couple of times and have found success towing with the front wheels 
on the dolly and removing the 4 bolts from the rear universal and wiring the 
drive shaft up and out of the way.  That keeps the tranny and engine 
completly out of the tow.  Also, don't forget to remove the bolt that allows 
the dolly's wheels to pivot in turns.
