Just a thought on your registration. How does PA register hot rods
assembled from parts? Could you come up with enough receipts for parts to
get a whole new title?
Also, would anyone at PA DMV have any idea what a stock bugeye looked like as
it came from the factory? I think you could argue that this was a "special
sports" version with factory modifications.
OOOrrrrrrrrr, get some ID plates from the usual sources, one with your ID#,
put it on some listers more original bugeye, take pictures or whatever, get
the registration, and then trade the ID plates back.
I'm sure Jay F. would be happy to loan you his...what could they do to
someone with no home address.
