I have been following this thread with interest because I have the same problem
with my 1275 with no blower. I can cruise about town, even on secondary roads
going 50-60 MPH, hottest day of the year, and temp is normal. Get on the
highway going 70 on a cool day and very slowly, but noticeably, the temp creeps
all the way through normal....and then I get off the highway. Recored radiator,
new stock water pump, what I believe to be a stock 1275 with DCOE 45. I haven't
a clue, but I am listening! I'm thinking oil cooler adder?
