Could be...but I use Outlook for work and AOL for the list and personal, and 
all my problems this week have come to the AOL address.  I've received at 
least three virus attachments, or e-mails that apparently had them but the 
server deleted.

I too never open an attachment from someone I do not know...and then only if 
it is a .doc, .gif, .jpeg, etc....

I had a customs broker send me Bills of Lading yesterday and it came as 
ABCDXXX.doc.exe.  The exe was a red flag to me, so I deleted it and made him 
fax it to me.  So far at least, we've never had an infected fax.
