Everyone, thanks for all the replies.  Answered a lot of the questions,
generic pump reliability, etc. etc.  And yes, make sure it is low pressure,
I think the weber instructions say 1 1/2#.

Gas cap is not vent, tank is vent through canister, and vent is open.

Air in filter is interesting, because, Yes, on the pump outlet filter I have
air trapped in the filter. And I have always wondered.  Outlet filter fills
upon new installation and then gradually fills with air and about 1/4 full
of fuel, Inlet filter, no air.  Maybe between inlet filter and pump, Two
hoses, time to replace them.
