Why go to the supermarket when you can get better service and better
quality items at your "neighborhood" local grocer?
If you prefer to deal with inexperienced, unknowledgable customer
service people that are completely detached from the focus of the
business they work for, these mega vendors are the places to go.
Also, these places didn't invent the factory parts manual. In fact they
are regularly available on ebay, originals and reprints.
