Funny you should say that.  It's a 2-bed flat and I will be looking to
rent the other room.  Anyone who will do the entire paint job for 2
months rent will be my favoured candidate.  The rent money is supposed
to go towards the mortgage, you see.  :-P

And if it's a she, she can live there rent free.  :-)

If I was going to do it myself, how much clearance around the shell
would I need?
