RE: Disc brake conversion for BE?

And here I was trying to give away a much better condition set-up than that
one and nobody would come get it.  Guess we will have to see how it does on
ebay, before I toss it.

Ok, so I like the idea of discs on my Bugeye and what should show up on 
eBay but this

..so, what do I really need from that and what is a fair price.. or 
does someone on list have a better setup or explanation?
