Wait a minute here! "dead" storage for 12 months a year?!?! Seems pointless
to own the Spridget by then ;-) Of course, I am sure that a lot of the
"mini-storage" facilities around here are "dead storage 12-months per year".
It just seems a bit strange to start out with that premise.
