Hmm, that sounds attractive, Larry! I happen to have a spare rear axle
sitting in my garage... To the best of my knowledge, it is a fine specimen
of a
disk-wheel axle. It came out of a late 1974 RWA, so it has the good
half-shafts.
If you would like one already out of the car, it would spare you ripping it
out
of your shell... and relieve us of having to put one back in.
Front suspension could be interesting. How much are you planning to re-use
from that shell? You KNOW you will need new a-arms and kingpins, right? I
should have a set of spindles from that same 74 around here...

Great idea, David.  I don't care what the vehicle of origin is for the parts 
for the Bugeye.  If we don't need to tear them out of my Midget just to 
replace them again, all the better.

If all the Bugeye transplant needs get donated, we can just use the Midget 
as is.  No sense in doubling our work.
