Hmmm. And exactly where do you draw that line? ;-)
There are a few French Canadians (officious little twits at border
crossings between NY and Quebec) that I have had problems with, but
the rest of them seem like a decent sort. I loved the folks I met in
the Canadian Rockies, the Yukon and the NW Territory, eh?
