Uh-oh,
It's the repaired cars (with some parts not original, but carrying the
correct VIN and title) versus the repaired cars (using OLD original parts
made in the stone age) and carrying the correct VIN and title.
The TAC idea started out OK (a way for the 'investors' to make SURE that the
car they bought was a protected investment), but has become totally anal.
Back to the drawing board.
