Jim,

Let's see if this helps.  CF-C9DE-A is what is stamped on the back of
individual blades.  The part number for the actual fan is C9DZ-8600-A.
Was made in Canada.

BTW - I just installed a new 5-blade flex fan now being sold by Rick at
SS for $32.00.  Can't say how it compares performance wise to the
6-blade Ford fan you are searching for.  It fits directly.  Needed four
5/16 spacers (drilled out 5/16 nuts) between the pulley and the fan to
space the fan forward 5/16.

The fan you are searching for needs the center hole drilled out and the
baldes trimmed to clear the rack.
