Steve- The Mallary Uni-lite distributor is to be used with an High Energy
Coil. I've never heard of anyone installing one with a low voltage coil.
Pertronics is often used with an stock coil. Your correct about the
advantages of the Unilite or any Hall effects distributors. Unilite
advertises accuracy to 10k RPM.
