Stainless steel sleeves are also available, but more use is made of
brass as these mods are done for antique cars with cast iron hydraulic 
cylinders.

http://www.TigesUnited.com has a list of brake cylinder, and servo,
rebuilders who do both types of sleeving on cylinders and servos. They
