AC air cleaner restoration tips

Hello all,

I have finally found an original air cleaner for my tiger. Of course it
needs refinishing.  I know it was originally a gray or silver colored
hammertone finish.
Where can I get a spray can of this?

On the bottom of the housing are two tubing attachments. One is large and I
know it attaches to the oil filler cap. The other is small like a vacuum
line. Where does that go?
