im in the process of planning a 4 post bend pak lift in my two car garage,
trying to figure out first if i need to replace the crumbly concrete with new
3.5" 2500 psi concrete that bend pak calls for (not sure what the current 70
year old concrete is now), also trying to figure out if i go with radiant
in-the-concrete heating or go with a simple gas heater hung from the ceiling.
doing diligence now, happy to share what i find.
