I bought my ABS cover at Triumphest in San Diego from
TRF.  It wasn't an exact match, it did require some
trimming.  But it's a definite improvement over the
destroyed original one.  I didn't attempt to screw it
in at the front across the top.  I used some double
stick foam weather stipping to seal the area (thanks
Jan Dawson for that tip!) and the holes lined up
pretty well except the front one on either side.  I
had to apply quite a bit of pressure to get them to
line up. The whole thing was tweaked just a bit and
that caused the problem.  

Overall, I'm pleased with it and would do it again if
I had too.  My 9 year old daughter (I'm a single
parent) just informed me that when she got old enough
to drive she'd like a TR6.  So I may get the
opportunity to do it to her car when we get it.  <G>
