Not sure about the TR250, but the Haynes manual for the TR5 and TR6 is back
in print and available from Haynes as part of their "Classic Reprint"
series:

It WAS out of print for many years, but a lot of persistent whining by
members of the TR email groups resulted in its re-appearance.

The conventional wisdom is that having both the Haynes and the Bentley
manuals on hand is a pretty good idea. Neither one is cheap, and both have
occasional errors, but they're a good investment compared to the cost of
making a serious mistake in the course of a repair.
