I had very similar symptoms which drove me nuts for months until I found the cause: a reversed gasket on the aftermarket air cleaner which blocked off the float bowl vent port. Sounds dumb, but who would think of it? It is symmetrical except for one little hole. My car runs great, today. Larry in Asheville '74 TR6 |
