Vic, I called Michelin and asked this directly. I have minilites. No tubes.
The redline is manufactured to a higher standard inside as to not chafe the
tube when using wire wheels. It in no way is a problem to run them without
tubes, per Michelin, without tubes. Mine have been on over 4 years with
about 15k put on them with no problems whatsoever. Good luck!
