A few years ago, before ride height rulings and high
speed courses, 2.0 914's did quite well in the hands
of Steve Compton, Jeff Reitmeir, and B. Short (DS 1.8)
Compton was the last to duke it out with the miata
hordes, but trophied evry year he tried (even in
motorboat form!).
