So, take, for example, if I were to build a '76 'Feather' Duster, since
it's not specifically listed as a car, it falls under the 6 cyl & 8 cyl
sedans NOC, I wouldn't be able to compete at a tour or even a Divisional?

Come ON!  Do I then have to get up a letter writing campaign here on
Team.net to get my specific car, a '76 'Feather' Duster, it's designated
classification?  I realize it may not be that good of a competitor but
PLEASE!  It's a classic automobile with huge potential for a national
trophy!  *gdr*

Where then, do I find a DODGE Neon in their Stock Classification section?
Hmm?  I only find a CHRYSLER Neon.  How does that work?

*sigh*

This response is somewhat in jest, but still....  Whoever menitoned a few
days back about the Civic SI where it was originally classed in the late
80's was right.  Sometimes the board DOESN'T think straight.
