I downloaded the files with Getright so that I could watch them
uninteruppted with Windows Media Player.
I do think that guy has some talent to keep the car on the track as it was
one of the most scary videos I've seen. Imagine it... guy without a helmet,
car darting around the track, helicopter coverage too... sounds like the
next big crash that you'll see on RealTV.
He was pretty stupid to not have a helmet, though. And I thought he should
have been more cautious overtaking the slower vehicles.
Even though his inputs were rather rough, he did appear to be very fast and
took some nice lines... I think some teaching on smooth inputs would enhance
his performance though, unless of course the old Porsche doesn't want smooth
inputs.
I was waiting for the car to fly off the track... but I guess with enough
experience and track time, you just mold to your car and know exactly what
it will do.
Ditto about the tires from whoever said he needed a tire sponsor...

the shortest amount of time. There's the "yeehaw factor" to think about.
;-) Besides, That's THE Yellow Bird. I don't think they grabbed just any
ole German guy and let him tear up the ring.
